General Rights and Freedoms Committee Holds Its Ninth Regular Meeting

The General Rights and Freedoms Committee held its ninth regular meeting under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohammed Juma Fuzai, during which it reviewed the latest developments in its work. The Committee also examined the progress made in implementing its previous recommendations and decisions, and followed up on the measures taken to ensure their execution, with a view to enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining the continuity of work in line with the approved plans.
The Committee further reviewed the implementation of a number of initiatives and considered the outcomes of coordination meetings held within the framework of strengthening institutional cooperation and activating partnerships with relevant stakeholders. These efforts aim to promote greater coordination and integration in advancing and protecting human rights.
