NIHR’s Committee on Civil and Political Rights convenes its 4th Regular Meeting

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Committee on Civil and Political Rights convened its 4th regular meeting under the chairpersonship of Dr. Badr Mohamed Adel and membership of Mr. Ahmed Mahdi Al-Haddad and Mrs. Widad Ridha Mousawi.
The Committee discussed a number of themes referred to it by the Council of Representatives and discussed that they require further study in order to ascertain their compatibility with national legislation and international human rights standards.
