Nihr’s Committee on public rights and freedoms convens its 27th regular meeting

Chaired by Dr. Fawzeya Saeed Al-Saleh and with members Dr. Bader Mohamed Adel and Mr. Daniel Cohen, the Committee on Public Rights and Freedoms of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) held its 27th regular meeting at the NIHR Headquarters in the Seef District.
The meeting commenced with a discussion regarding the preparations for the International Conference on the Protection of the Right to the Environment, scheduled for the first week of September 2023. This conference aims to gather officials, experts, and representatives from both within the Kingdom and abroad, including national human rights institutions from various regions affiliated with the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions.
