Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-up Committee holds its 21st meeting

Complaints Monitoring and Follow-up Committee of the National Institution for Human Rights held its 21st meeting on October 20, 2014 under the chairpersonship of Mr. Abdullah Ahmad Alderazi and the membership of Ms. Maria Antoine Khoury, Dr. Badr Mohammed Adel.
During the meeting the committee reviewed the overall complaints and requestsfor assistance received by the institution during August. Six complaints were studied and concerned authorities were contacted to find out what was brought forth about it, on the other hand the institution received sixteen requests for help and legal advice on which the committee came up with a number of decisions will be working to implement.
