NIHR’s Committee on Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-up convenes its 29th Regular Meeting

The 29th regular meeting of the Complaints, Monitoring, and Follow-up Committee, chaired by Mrs. Rawda Al-Aradi and including Mr. Khaled Al-Shaer, Vice Chairperson of Nihr, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Saloom, commenced by reviewing statements related to complaints received via the Nihr call center, legal assistance provided, and cases monitored through media and social platforms from November 26 to 28, 2023. A total of 49 cases were addressed, encompassing complaints, legal aid, and monitoring cases.
Furthermore, the committee reviewed the actions taken concerning previous decisions and recommendations, engaged with complainants and individuals seeking legal assistance, and met with families of inmates in correctional and rehabilitation centers to assess their well-being and offer support.
