Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-Up Committee holds its 11th meeting

NIHR's Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-Up Committee held its 11th meeting, under the chairpersonship of HE. Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Al Derazi. The meeting was attended by Committee members HE. Ms. Maria Khuri.
During the meeting, the Committee reviewed the reports related to the attendance of some court sessions prepared by the NIHR's Secretariat-General based upon entrustment from the Committee in order to know the events of the court proceedings and to ensure that the Committee will continue to attend the coming sessions.
The Committee reviewed the developments and the procedures taken toward the complaints presented by a group of physicians who requested to return to the work, while another group requested to be granted a pension.
In addition, the Committee discussed all complaints and assistance requests received by the NIHR during the last period and the procedures taken regarding the same. The committee concluded some resolutions and recommendations, which will be entered into force.
