NIHR's Complaints, Monitoring and Following-Up Committee held its 3rd meeting, Monday, 15th April 2013 under chairpersonship of HE. Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Al Derazi. The meeting was attended by Committee members  HE. Mr. Ahmed Abdurrahman Al Saati and HE. Ms. Maria Entwan Khuri.

During the meeting, the Committee approved the minutes of the previous meeting and ratified the initial photographing of the process of monitoring and following up and the execution mechanism thereof prepared by the Secretariat General according to the competences of the Committee and pursuant to the Royal Order No. (46) of 2009, amended by Royal Order No. (28) of 2012 on establishing the National Institution for Human Rights in preparation for presenting the same to the Council of Commissioners for approval. In addition, the committee discussed the method of activating the role of the committee's members regarding the complaints through the direct communication with the concerned authorities. Thereafter, the committee discussed all complaints received by the NIHR during the last period and the procedures taken regarding the same. The Committee concluded some recommendations will be presented to the meeting of the HIHR Council of Commissioners to be held on 30th April 2013.
