Complaints, Monitoring and Follow- Up Committee holds its 5th meeting

NIHR's Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-Up Committee held its 5th meeting, today, under the chairpersonship of HE. Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Al Derazi. The meeting was attended by Committee member HE. Ms. Maria Khuri.
During the meeting, the Committee approved the minutes of the previous meeting and reviewed the actions taken regarding the complaint presented by group of the physicians in relation to their job position.
In addition, the Committee discussed all complaints and assistance requests received by the NIHR during the last period and the procedures taken regarding the same. The Committee concluded some resolutions, which will be entered into force.
