Complaint, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee Holds Its Fifth Ordinary Meeting

The Complaint, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee held its fifth meeting, chaired by Ms. Rawda Salman Alaradi, the head of the Committee. The meeting commenced with a review of the registers of complaints received, which totaled ten complaints for the current month. The Committee discussed the measures taken in this regard, reviewed its previous decisions and recommendations, and examined the implementation steps undertaken, within the framework of enhancing the effectiveness of follow-up mechanisms and ensuring prompt responsiveness.
In a related context, members of the Committee met with a number of complainants, listened to their requests, reviewed the details of their complaints, and recorded the necessary observations in preparation for taking appropriate action. The Committee also continued coordination and communication with the relevant authorities to follow up on these complaints and work toward suitable solutions.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Committee affirmed its continued follow-up of the cases presented to it and the implementation of its previous recommendations, in line with its mandate, thereby strengthening its role in the protection of human rights and the promotion of the principles of justice and transparency.
