Complaint, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee Convenes its 45th Regular Meeting

The Complaints, Monitoring, and Follow-up Committee held its forty-fifth meeting, chaired by Mrs. Rawda Salman Al Aradi.
The Committee commenced its meeting by reviewing the list of complaints received by the Institution and the legal assistance provided since the previous meeting. Over the past month, the Institution handled 40 cases, which included monitoring activities, receiving complaints, and providing legal support. The Committee discussed the actions taken in response to these cases and reviewed its previous decisions and recommendations, along with the follow-up measures implemented.
