Meeting

The Complaint, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee held its first meeting, chaired by Ms. Rawda Salman Alaradi. The Committee began its work by reviewing the lists of complaints received by the Institution, the legal assistance provided, in addition to cases monitored through media outlets and social media platforms since the previous meeting, which totaled 40 cases. The Committee also discussed the measures taken regarding these cases, as well as followed up on its previous decisions and recommendations and what has been achieved in this regard.

Furthermore, the Committee members met with a number of complainants, reviewed their requests, and recorded them in preparation for taking the necessary measures and communicating with the relevant authorities.
