Meeting

The Complaint, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee held its second meeting, chaired by Ms. Rawda Salman Alaradi, during which it began its proceedings by reviewing the lists related to complaints received by the Institution, the legal assistance provided, as well as the cases monitored through media and social media platforms since the previous meeting, amounting to (33) cases in total, including complaints and legal assistance. The Committee also discussed the measures taken regarding these cases, in addition to reviewing its previous decisions and recommendations and the extent of their implementation.

In addition, Committee members met with a number of complainants to review the details of their complaints and listen to their requests, in preparation for taking the necessary actions and communicating with the relevant authorities.
