Complaints, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee Holds its Third Regular Meeting

The Complaints, Monitoring & Follow-up Committee held its third meeting, chaired by Ms. Rawda Salman Alaradi. The Committee discussed the complaints received by the Institution during the past month, totaling 22 complaints, and reviewed the actions taken regarding them, as well as the mechanisms for effectively following up with the relevant authorities. The Committee also discussed its previous decisions and recommendations and the progress made in implementing them.
