Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-up Committee holds its fifth ordinary meeting

The NIHR’s Complaints, Monitoring and Follow-up Committee held its fifth meeting under the chairpersonship of Ms. Maria Khouri. The meeting was attended by Committee member Dr. Hameed Ahmed Hussein.
During the meeting, the Committee examined the complaints and the requests for assistance received by the NIHR during the last period and took some decision regarding the same. In addition, the Committee followed up – with great interest – the complaints submitted by some individuals of the dismissed medical staff during the unfortunate events witnessed by the Kingdom as a step to adjust their job conditions in coordination with the competent authorities.
Moreover, during the meeting, the Committee reviewed the requests for assistance received by the NIHR regarding claims represented in the delay some individuals face in obtaining a Good Conduct Certificate from the competent authorities, which may affect both processes of training and employment. The Committee decided to coordinate with such authorities as attempt to find a solution to such issue.
