NIHR Organizes the First Lecture in the Human Rights Training Program for Members of the NIS

The sixth edition of the human rights training program dedicated to personnel of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) was launched yesterday. The program is organized by the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), in cooperation with the Office of the Inspector General at the National Intelligence Service, as part of ongoing efforts to promote and embed human rights principles within the institutional work environment.
The program was inaugurated by Ms. Latifa Rashid Al-Jalahma, Director of the Legal Affairs and Training Directorate at the Institution, who welcomed the participants and provided an overview of the program and its objectives. She noted that the initiative is in line with the National Institution for Human Rights’ Strategic Plan for 2022–2025, reflecting its commitment to strengthening the capacities of national personnel in the field of human rights.
