NIHR Chairperson Commends the Allocation of a Sports Day for Employees in Public and Private Sectors
Chairperson of the National institution for Human Rights (NIHR), Mr. Ali Ahmed Al-Derazi, commended the allocation of a sports day for employees in the public and private sector as part of Bahrain’s celebrations of the Sports Day.
Al-Derazi stated that the allocation of a sports day in the Kingdom of Bahrain reveals the leadership and government's interest in encouraging citizens and residents to engage in sports activities, whether with work fellows or family members, with a view to building a healthy and effective community.
AL-Derazi explained that the concept of practicing sports is no longer a matter of recreation, but rather one of the basics of life, expressing his pride in the wise leadership’s extended support for the youth and sports sector and the attention it pays to the youth being an essential component of society.
