NIHR Receives the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia

Eng. Ali Ahmed Alderazi, Chairperson of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), received H.E. Ms. Tatjana Garčević, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia accredited to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Eng. Alderazi welcomed the Ambassador, underscoring the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation frameworks in areas related to the protection and promotion of human rights, in a manner consistent with the principles enshrined in the relevant international human rights instruments.

During the meeting, a number of topics of mutual interest were discussed, along with avenues to enhance cooperation. Both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining ongoing communication and coordination in a way that reinforces joint cooperation and advances shared humanitarian objectives.
