NIHR inaugurates Toll-free Hotline Number 80001144

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) inaugurated the new call center service on the toll-free hotline number 80001144 to receive complaints and inquiries.

On this occasion, Dr. Khalifa bin Ali Al-Fadel, NIHR’s Acting Secretary-General, stated that this service comes within the framework of the NIHR's keenness to develop and update the mechanisms of communication with citizens and residents in order to achieve maximum levels of protection and promotion of human rights, pointing out that the NIHR is working to strengthen its permanent and continuing work and do its best to establish the human rights norms and maximize their protection, to the interest of our dear homeland.

Dr. Al-Fadel called on the service recipients not to hesitate to submit complaints to the NIHR by calling the hotline service Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as a representative of the Complaints and Monitoring Unit will answer the caller to enter his/her data and give him/her a follow-up number.  Furthermore, incoming calls after the official working hours will be delivered to the voicemail service directing the caller to record his/her data to be reconnected later.
