NIHR Conducts a Field Visit to the National Bank of Bahrain Multiple Sclerosis Center
The Detention & Facilities Visitation Committee of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) conducted a field visit to the National Bank of Bahrain Multiple Sclerosis Center, with the aim of reviewing the healthcare services provided to patients with multiple sclerosis and verifying their compliance with relevant international standards.
During the visit, the NIHR delegation listened to the views of a number of patients regarding the quality of services they receive. Their observations were documented in preparation for formulating appropriate recommendations to be submitted to the competent authorities.
